50 cents isn't that outlandish. Argonaut valued it at 42 cents then applied a 50% discount for country risk. Add in resource upgrades and 50 cents isn't far off what it's theoretical value is.
the real uplifts in value will come if the resource base grows from 80m to 150~200m, with those extra tonnes having the huge grades mined out of known deposits. Values in the dollars are not that unrealistic if all things go to plan. But as Moltke the Elder, said, "no plan survives contact with the enemy"
