Instos will have their own triggers - some have different levels of risk they will accept in their decision to invest. Most will want a JORC to make sure they have a project - The further this gets derisked as in milestones then the more it will show up on radars. There would be a few starting to look at this now and when the PFS comes out that would be the start of it you would think. Soveriegn risk is also a big one but I dont share the high levels of risk many are putting on this project - I think there is risk but it is getting less and less.
