I am not big on experience for that part of the world - less travelled. But, I welcome your thoughts/comments on a good news story by the current regime prior to elections in Myanmar/Burma? Hypothetically....the current regime could use the approval of the MIC to spread positive "propaganda" pre-election noting, approval of an international project, job creation, increase of GDP/Revenue etc. etc.
