The MIC meets about every 4 weeks, last meeting was the 4th September so news could possibly flow any day now.
P.S last year October had 2 meetings (1st and 23rd), if you look at the calendar this could also happen this year, especially as the election is on the 8th November.
IMO it would be a very dangerous game trying to purchase lower and not holding at the moment
