Yes, MIC has been on an accelerated schedule for the last few months. It had a meeting yesterday, its last of the Myanmar FY. Maybe one or two more before the 8 Nov election. But doesn't matter how many times it meets - first MYL needs the key signatures to allow it to submit an application to MIC. Once that happens, in my opinion approval will be fairly quick and straightforward, but it will be a minimum of 4-6 weeks for the approval to be granted, could be a little more if MIC has follow up questions about the application. DYOR etc.
