Determining the issue price is basically an exercise in risk management. Mark the price too low and current holders lose wealth via dilution. Mark the price too high, and the placement may fail due a lack of participation.

I was hoping for somewhere between 42 and 70c. I think anything below 42c would be a bad outcome, considering the current strength of nickel and the successful ramping up of the mine.
