I believe the reality is that it has been expected now for some months but Myanmar had an election and a corona outbreak which slowed down the bureaucracy. The bits and pieces I am hearing lead me to believe that there are now pressures on within Myanmar to get this done. Check some of my earlier posts. Also well worth reading Richards posts. He is on the ground in Myanmar.
