In the event the MIC permit is granted sooner rather than later (fingers crossed!!) how much of an affect do you all think this will have on the SP? Obviously it would be positive but I wonder what all the other uncertainties (ie finance, tax holidays, takeovers and at what price per share etc) will have in holding back what would have been a more substantial movement.
