I have just been going through some old material re daptomycin injetcables including Agidap, impr0ved daptomycin injectable by Agila and the improved Cubicin RF.The latter two seemed to offer similar improvement functionality as the POH daptomycin formulation.
I also found the following quote from Teddy Ward [dated 22/10/2017] still as relevant as ever:
"Amazed we have never been told if POH were asked to do further development or if Mylan failed to make a hurdle payment or meet a deadline?"
