Possibly but they have been quite close to the action. Particularly when the 4mill was first put up. Prob just someone who recently took shares under the shortfall from the cap raise.
Either way we aren't getting passed it without some good news. To be honest its all getting a bit boring with nothing rolling out news wise for quite some time. Lets hope the cogs are churning hard behind the scenes.
