Since the last raise at 1.5c there has been a sale of between 500,000 and 1million shares every morning into the 1.5c line. Not sure who or why they would be doing that at the purchase price. Seems a bit odd to me as i can't see anyone who could have accumulated those shares at under 1.5c over the last 12 months. (I hazzard a guess that it is the same seller each day)
I can't make a case for doing so at a loss especially since they could be holding off and flicking them into 1.6c at least.
Someone is lacking in confidence of the arbitration or getting cold feet.

For the fun of it i'm saying $28mill plus costs.
