Saw that article Reillyblue and there appears to other legal actions regarding Mylan.
Kind of made made me wonder:
1/ what money will be left to make any sort of payout to Phosphagenics?
2/ why would we would to continue dealing with Mylan if this is their ethics?
3/ how can you trust Mylan to hold up their end of the deal?
I get the feeling that Phosphagenics should hit Mylan as heard as they can and then run. But then again is this how the pharmaceutical industry companies normally do their business?
