SIAC decision was a travesty. Given that Singapore is putting itself forward as the worlds arbitration centre - they failed. They dragged their feet in coming to a decision and then backed the big boy in the ring. I'd say the decision was fishy but that would be an insult to fish. I'll never get my $45k I lost back of course but letting Mylan off the hook hurts more.
