    i stopped eating microwave food about a decade ago.

    i've been doing intermittent fasting for three months.

    i mainly consume water soda red wine coffee with cream and kelp / nori paper.

    i don't eat between 21:00 and 16:00.

    from 16:00 to 21:00 i have one or two small meals.

    no sugar and a small amount of simple carbs only.

    i'm mainly eating meat fish and vegetables.
