i thought it was a good move bring Paul from Sigirya Capital along, especially when he said that they didnt take on many mandates and that he was confident they could get funding etc.

i was surprised by the comment in relation to the legals for the deal, he must have been talking about FIRB. maybe he was talking about the legals of selling part to the JV partner and then getting the chinese banks on board. his comment about the size of the amount of money being required was also a surprise.

my take on it is that they already have someone lined up and that they are just doing the paperwork before the do something, im hoping for a nice christmas present!!!

however, i still will wait to fully load up until i see an annoucement saying that they have signed a deal with a JV partner and they have the cash to build. March 2010 is only around the corner.

if these guys get finance this could be a $2+ stock (depending on how diluted we get). im moving to long term buy.
