Are you familiar with Occam's razor? In short, its a philosophical principle stating that when having two solutions to a problem, the simpler one is the correct one.
Applying it to this case, why would someone invest at 60 cents but not buy at 30 cents? The solution: something is wrong with either the investor or the funds. I can't see how this makes sense (haters will argue "they couldnt get the volume" but its been discussed multiple times there was plenty of volume)
