Would seem to be a pressure cooker situation counting down to 31 December. Price needs to be well above 30c to convince con note holders to convert or at least $1 mill becomes payable. Assuming Mr Prosser has no choice but to convert given he is a director. My speculation is ACAM will come to the rescue to push the price to circa 40c AIMHO and DYOR.
