Yep, they are still conducting a remaining 1.5m USD cap raise con note with a floor price of $1 USD for the NASDAQ shares. They are will have enough cash until revenue comes in to bring them to break even. I am not expecting them to do a CR considering they have also have the huge NASDAQ IPO to do which will once again be a huge cash injection into the company. No need for an ASX CR
