With all due respect, I think you're research is flawed. If you're looking at only how much the business is making now and not the very near future potential, then I agree with you that this may not be the organisation for you.

Building a company takes time and infrastructure and talented people, Vlado has all of this and more. After years of development, finding the right people, marketing, etc etc.. We're at the ' pointy end of the stick ' with a digital product that not only works but has so many future possibilities.

If you have the time, research the people Vlado has on his team, look at what they've done before and what they bring to the table, I think you'll be surprised and may reconsider your position with the company.
