Thanks Thomps, I called Olivia, she only works Wed - Fri (by which time it will be too late) Davina works Mon - Wed so hopefully she will get back to me (again before it is too late)... Would it be too much trouble for them to include this sort of information in their comms for retail investors? I hope this is not the same way they treat their retail customers...
