Client service is so important - just called Myer feedback and gave them a head's up - the chap stayed with me for 15 minutes, explaining all attire.
People complain sometimes for a genuine reason, yet, when excellent service is provided, no-one knows.
The chap was as honest as the day is long.
I thought Myers would die off - but no way - they are cheap too.
Whether they survive is a different kettle of fish and sure, it wasn't busy, but I did not go to be measured up, but yet I was and I was shown all bits and bobs, from cufflinks too ... anyway ... I was met with qualified and interested staff.
Very cool - I hope it continues.
