I wonder if some of the shareholders raise a class action lawsuit of the investment loss made during the MYR IPO and capital raising announced, will that work? I saw these kind of cases in the US, but haven't seen any in AU....MYR is one of the worst performing large cap in the ASX ever since IPO and I don't know how these big cats justify a $4 IPO and $94 cents CR price...
