Yes would be hard to prove but not Impossible. Need to check every single bit of info in the original prospectus. As Jurek said, if there is any evidence that someone knew the CR was coming due to inside information that would be interesting. You are not sueing yourself, you are Sueing the underwriter and previous MYR management that issued the $4 IPO MYR shares in 2009
