Forget about whinging about a class action. You were investing in something that was in trouble - you got a low price and high risk. Sorry about your losses - but if you were unaware of this, then maybe you need to learn a bit of stock analysis.
Maybe there are other instances where MYR has done something wrong, but allowing insiders to trade the Crap Raise is not one of them IMO.
