My hypothesis is 'Mr Market' believes 2H 24 will see a notable decline in sales, adversely affecting MYR's FY 24 NPAT (assuming there is one).However the ABS suggests department store sales (while not matching CPI) have done relatively OK, increasing by about 4.3 per cent recently. 'Mr Market' is not always correct. Time will tell.
