Yes, that all makes good sense and strongly probable. Myer is not going to fold up, its an institution and will prevail. I noticed recently that DJ's customers were petering out while Myer was still getting loads of foot traffic in the doors, esp in the toy department wow, of course the Bluey xmas 'windows' are working their magic, the parents with kids on leave from school must take them to see it and then the trip upstairs to toy emporium...
Anyway, Myer seems very busy in CBD this week except for new years day when it was a bit quieter but understanbly as people recovered from staying up late NYE and the xmas festivities and boxing day splurges. However I DO WISH i'd sold a year ago when the SP was double what it is now, I just wasn't focussing enough to act on that message that many were providing that it was time to sell. Next opportunity please...
