Preamble; Family all bought shares in IPO Nov 09 and eventually took a sizeable hit selling. Not my favourite company!
Recently found my Myer giftcard from just pre pandemic, expired 15th March 2023, so 2 months expired. I phoned today to see if there would be any way of reactivating the card, nothing they could do! Still not my favourite company and I told him they have now lost a customer. Wouldn't it be better to honour in some form rather than lose custom? I have spent several thousand $ in their store in the past two years alone.
I will now attempt to trade the shares to recoup my money. That may make me feel better about Myer!
It was good to see that Sol basically saved the company from disaster.
