While it's a subjective definition as to what 'significant' or 'material' means, if there'd been a noteworthy decline in sales revenue or deterioration in likely EBITDA or NPAT for the financial year ending 31 July 2023, the MYR Board should have released an announcement to the ASX.
That it has not may well be a positive sign, or at least neutral.
