Hi Mrpaul222, I sold out just before the ex dividend date and was surprised how far down the price had gone. So last week I jumped on the train and went to Melbourne City for the first time in 2 years to see if it was still the same pandemic ghost town. To my delight it was the Melbourne of old, wall to wall people including in Myers. I pulled out my phone and bought as many shares I could afford on the spot ! If the Sept results are good ill be skiiig Niseko next year !!
