There was another idiotic demonstration in Melbourne's CBD yesterday until about 1430 AEDT, but when I was there later, the CBD was crowded with shoppers. There was also a huge crowd lined up for the MYR Christmas windows.
I queued when purchasing an item at MYR. Nothing unusual for Advent two weeks from Christmas, but the 'death of the CBD' as some have claimed is exaggerated.
There was another idiotic demonstration in Melbourne's CBD...
