By chance, I had a quick look at the Roy Morgan (market researcher) site.
MYR has moved up from the eighth most trusted brand in Australia to seventh.
MYR does not have a store in every suburb or rural city. It can't necessarily attract physical store shoppers easily: examples include Albany and Bunbury (WA), Coffs Harbour (NSW) and Mildura (Vic).
It's terrific that, as evidenced by this long established company's survey, the community knows by and large MYR delivers a good range, interesting sales promotions, reliable delivery and a trustworthy returns policy (not that I've ever had to return anything, but I've seen how others are dealt with when they bring a rejected item back in).
In at least a small way, this has to be a positive for sales.
