1. Private equity to buy Myer and merge with David Jones.
2. Sale of in house brands
3. Sale of points reward program
4. Share placement by strategic investor.
5. Restructure online business into standalone entity and 3rd party to buy strategic stake.

the one thing I really agree on from Lew and Wam is that Myer does not provide regular updates on business performance when compared to competitors ..
