Is a merger a possibility?
Wouldn't a merger of say 10 Myer shares for 1 premier share be the most plausible solution for PMV?
That way premier would just issue new script and no funds would need to exchange hands. No doubt Myer shareholders would agree to convert their shares is an existing troubled company to one that has the right people and experience to bring Myer back to its original glory.
Thoughts?
