It's pretty clear that MYR BOD and senior management don't see eye to eye with Sol Lew. This is the biggest issue. There will be no merger or friendly talks, from what I have read.
It also seems that Sol Lew doesn't want to give his advice on how to get MYR flying for nothing. He has spent up and purchased an initial stake, but what is next?
I am sure that in two years time we will all know what he is up to - something is up, but I am not sure what.
