Myer is closing down few stores,but invested $88m in FY 2017 to have acquired properties,plants and equipments that amounts are more than double of $40m in FY 2016.
IMO,these huge investments should be checked deeply by the representatives of shareholders and should be stopped in the future except buying store buildings and minium necessary investments.
