if resolutions are passed then whats to stop Sol from dumping his whole 10.8% in disgust?
He ain't going to take a $40m+ loss on the chin is what is stopping him ... PMV shareholders would also not accept this manoeuvre as acceptable I would think ? ... if he dumped all of his holdings via SH guidelines, the SP could end still up below 50 cents so his loss only increases on the way out ? ... very interesting times ahead though .. hehe
