Having just purchased a property. I can attest that the turnaround for Loan approvals imperils the buyer to the whim of the seller. The buyer carries all the risk whilst the solicitors and seller bear none. This deal got done but no thanks to the lender. It was not a top 4 we were told there is no way we could get it done within our time frame for deal execution. A sad state of affairs that caused some stress.
