Interesting that the 'mystery' $1m placement went to Hillridge Pty Ltd, as stated in one of the proposed AGM resolutions. It appears that this entity was also a participant in a previous capital raising earlier this year. Of more interest to me is that the director/shareholder is a native of Bahgdahd, IRAQ - perhaps he has some Middle East connections which will be important to BQT now and in future?
