Because we are not directors of the company. The amount of info that they know that we don't would fill a swimming pool, we're not entitled just because we want to be entitled.
Having said that, owning 10m units puts them in the top half dozen holders in NMT, so we will get a good look at them in the annual report. Though, even then we might not know exactly who it is.
