mystery buyer wont put in a bid

This is a sting.

Gilbertson has been working with the mystery buyer all along.

I'd say the mystery buyer is Russia's third richest man Victor Veckselberg.

You notice that Gilbertson didn't top the Palmary offer.

Now you know why.

What he has done is flush a buyer for CSM out forced up the price and been working with the mystery buyer.

The buyer will not bid for the company.

He is just waiting to accept the price from Palmary.

The mystery buyer is somebody with a lot of cash, probably Victor Veckselberg, Russia's third richest man.

Those two have been working similar scams in South Africia.

You can imagine the conversation between Gilbertson and Veckselberg going something like this -

"hey, I'm going to pretend to take over this Australian company. Now you start buying the company on the quiet while it is cheap. I'll start out really cheap and try and get another company involved in a bidding war. Up goes the price and then at the last minute I'll pull out of the deal. You pocket the profits and we split em after it is all over"

These two are going to make millions from this little scam believe me.
