Hi Rumot your right no hope of any money from Phil unless it suits him ,eg if he wishes to continue to operate in Australia ,which is unlikely with easier pickings in Africa and Sth america without the hassles of doing business in Australia. Phil has proved it time and time again he is a master funds raiser ,the original CHM , NICU name changed to MMX the Yilgarn Farce ( where did my money go say the suckers ,sorry investors wasnt even a registered stock),Cash in now before they spend all the cash investigating potential investments .He fixed up the ATO didnt go to Jail ,still has a passport ,So no chance of a couple of Lawyers and an Ex Footballer finding him and even less chance of getting cash .
