There is only one antimicrobial nasal spray that is directly virucidal (i.e., produces permanent inactivation of viruses) against all known respiratory viruses. That product is Nasodine Nasal Spray. There are, however, multiple 'barrier nasal sprays' that are registered as medical devices in Australia and Europe and are promoted as physical barriers to infection. These are not 'antiviral' nasal sprays.
