I'm inclined to agree with you jimone. The decision to go for the higher tonnage, although not 'out of the blue' wasn't in the original plan which makes me think some 'thing' came along that made it justified sooner rather than later.

Although I can't say I like the current SP too much, it does give a good opportunity to get in the ground floor, with the potential to make some solid gains over the next few months.
