    No luck so far in identifying our New 8% Shareholder. A brave and bold move one could say investing $225,000,000.
    Perhaps they know something?
    My guess is the Malaysian RFID Program is nearing completion, and mentioned in today's Announcement by KKL in the Preliminary Final Report to June 30th 2019.
    Our Partner in Malaysia Touch 'n Go had expressed interest in investing in KKL. Maybe this could be the answer?
