SOmetimes it's easy to think that this is happening, but it could be the scraps of a previous trade that the buyer didn't want to pick up.
Ie 5000 shares for sale at 2.50 and a buyer comes in and picks up 4995 because that is all they can afford. It will then leave 5 shares for sale, so the next buyer willpick those up and it will apear that it was a small trade, but it was just a serparte parcel left over.
Does this make sense?There is also bot trading, but I am not a full bottle on this although I have witnessed it happening over the pasy year.
