    The board of Kagara know they won't secure CSE for 11c,this is simply a starting bid and I, like all other long term holders await for something more sensible and if not, CSE will keep on extending the deposit and wait for the Chinese or someone else to come on board.This is a nothing offer and should be treated this way.
