Can the Havilah brains trust explain to me why $1.0 million of funds is held in escrow as at 31 Jan pending the issue of shortfall shares but as at 28 February the Havilah stock has still not been issued. Are Havilah overstating their cash balance? How can it be a shortfall placement if it has not occur within 3 months of the rights issue. Highly unusual!
8.1 cents today........less than half the price that Gupta was to put money in and we have now have a MOU with a non existent port.
