Just read the JCAP report based off information they obtained from Freedom of Information Act.....which shows the UK ECA highly critical of Lakes use of "strong expression of interest" when they are only at the support stage of an early application.....also critical of Lake's interpretation of a validation of ESG credentials when they clearly didn't.......no end to the spin!!
