MyTomorrow updates

The partnership agreement with MyTomorrow is also based on the fact of the immediate use and promotion of ATL1102.
MyTomorrow is also planning to expand into USA.
All the above, to my understanding, was (and apparently still is) on hold because they had to determine if existing ATL1102 batch is still valid to be used now.
Since as usual our professional M.D. has not taken into consideration to keep existing shareholders and market informed after a positive announcement with "if and but". Does any one have an idea how long it takes to analyse existing batch and if not longer usable do they have to inform the market ?
