guys, I have a feeling the new share issue wont send the price down. If its instantly oversubscribed, then the holders have no more reason to sell the new shares than the ones they already own, unless they bought their main holding recently for a very high price.
The majority of holders would have had the shares long before WMT was at the offer price... so why would they sell these new ones anymore than the ones they've held the whole time?
